Online Scheduling

  • New Patient Visit (30 minutes) $45
    To be used for first visit only for those new to the practice. All patients being seen for the first time will receive an examination and treatment.
  • Established Patient - Extended visit (30 minute) $45
    This visit is recommended for those who would like more time to work on an area or for those who need work on multiple areas.
  • Established Patient - Short visit (15 minute) $30
    This visit is recommended for those with only minor "aches and pains" or who just need a quick "tune-up"; or for those with limited time such as a lunch break

    Multi-Visit Prepay Discount:

    5     –    Short visits(15 min.): $125 ($27 per visit)

    10   –    Short visits(15 min.): $250 ($25 per visit)

    5    –     Extended visits(30 min.): $200 ($40 per visit)

    10  –     Extended visits(30 min.): $350 ($35 per visit)


    May be purchased while at the office and shared among family members or friends.
